🔐 Unified Permissions: Granular Permission Control Across All Entities

Managing permissions in a growing workspace requires more than just basic "Admin" and "User" roles. To support strict compliance and security policies, we are completely overhauling the Collabase authorization model. Our goal is to provide a unified, highly granular access control system that spans from global system administration down to the individual task level.

Here is what we are scoping for the new authorization concept:

🛡️ System & Space Governance: Define strict global roles and delegate administrative capabilities at the Space level. Securely isolate departments, external partners, or client workspaces without having to spin up separate instances.

🧩 Module-Level Access: Control exactly which teams or user groups have access to specific functional apps. Easily restrict access to Test Management, Docs, or the Projects module based on a user's actual operational requirements.

🗃️ Registry Schema vs. Object Permissions: Separate structural governance from day-to-day operations. Define who has the authority to modify the underlying data model (the Schema) versus who is permitted to view, edit, or create the actual Registry objects.

🎯 Granular Item-Level Control: Apply fine-grained permissions down to the lowest entity levels. Restrict visibility, commenting, or editing rights for specific projects, individual documentation pages, and even single tasks on a Kanban board.
